In true Bi-Polar fashion this Journal will more than likely swing between alternatley Happy and sad, Angry and calm, Clingy and releasing, Intellectual and emotional...

I used to hand write entries in a physical journal, but I no longer have the time...and oftentimes spend more time on a pc than in the real world... also, my best friend is away at the mometn, and it's a way of keeping her and others informed...
and I have an addiction to using three full stops... like there... and there...
